Willie Blevins Obituary

Willie Clyde Blevins, age 87, of Sparta and formerly of Laurel Springs, NC; passed away Friday, December 11th, 2020 at Genesis Alleghany Center in Sparta.

Willie was born March 30th, 1933 in Ashe County to the late Bulah May Blevins. He worked for many years as a self-employed Auto Mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Mattilene Blevins of Sparta; a son, Tony Blevins of Wilkes County; two sisters: Marine Church and husband Don of Laurel Springs, Jennifer Clark of Laurel Springs; nieces and nephews also survive.

Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
