Shawn Marshall Andrews

Shawn Marshall Andrews, age 59 of Sparta; passed away Friday, November 29th, 2024 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta, NC.

Shawn was born April 28th, 1965 in Alleghany County to the late Joseph Mac Andrews, Sr. and Norma Maxine Poole Andrews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lorrie Bolt Andrews; a brother, James "Butch" Andrews. Shawn loved to hunt with his son Joseph, he enjoyed antiquing and was an avid gun enthusiast.

Survivors include three children: Joseph Andrews of the home, Reagan Andrews of Oregon and Jessica Andrews of Oregon; a brother, Joe "Buddy" Andrews and wife Jo Ann of Sparta; four nieces and four nephews also survive.

Graveside services to honor the life of Shawn will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 at New Haven Covenant Brethren Church Cemetery with Brother Ed Hall officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
