Michael Shannon Goforth, age 50, of West Jefferson, NC; passed away Friday, April 19th, 2024 at Valdese Patient Care Unit in Valdese, NC.
Shannon was born September 6th, 1973 in Watauga County to the late Nancy Smith.
Survivors include a sister, Kristy Greene of West Jefferson; a niece, Natasha Romans of West Jefferson; a nephew, Dylan Romans of Grassy Creek.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
