Robert Cooper Lowe

Robert Cooper Lowe, age 92, of Aberdeen, MD; passed peacefully on Monday, November 18th, 2024 at Sterling-Riverside Rehab Center in Belcamp, MD.

Robert was born January 8th, 1932 in Alleghany County, NC to the late Watson and Iona Cooper Lowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Edwards Lowe and a son, Robert Steven Lowe.

Robert was a member of Churchville Presbyterian Church in Churchville, MD, he worked many years at Sealtest, Strohmans, and Kunkels. He enjoyed music shows, traveling with his wife, gardening, and watching westerns.

Survivors include a special niece, Louise Farmer and husband Rondal of Sparta; a special friend and caregiver, Grant West of Aberdeen, MD; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Robert will be held at 11:00 am Friday, November 22nd, 2024 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Brother Ed Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Sparta Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.
