Mickeal Carico Obituary

Mike Carico, age 74, of 47 Enola Way, Ennice, NC; passed away Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC.

Mike was born July 15th, 1947 in Alleghany County to the late Curtis and Pauline Shaw Carico. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Rector; a step-son, Frankie Smith; a nephew, Chris Rector.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Vickie Carico of the home; a son, Allen Carico of Ennice; a granddaughter, Ellie Carico of Ennice; two step-granddaughters, Grace and Sophie Tener of Charlotte; a brother, Mark Carico and wife Debbie of Ennice; a sister, Shelby Carico and husband Lehman of Fries, VA; nephews and nieces: Zach and Emme Carico, Leann and Dan Ballance, Chastity and Micky McGrady, Dawn and Eric Kazelka, and Curt Rector.

No formal services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
