Michael Raymond Malafronti

Michael Raymond Malafronti, age 69, of Jefferson, NC; passed away Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at Margate Health and Rehab, surrounded by his loving family.

Michael was born May 15th, 1953 in Wilmington, DE to the late John Anthony Malafronti and Beatrice Fisher Malafronti. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Malafronti; a grandson, Timothy Malafronti; a brother, Ronald Malafronti.

Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, making trips to Delaware with his brother, fishing, and crabbing.

Survivors include his children: Theresa Maurer and husband Keith of Alaska, Michael Malafronti, Jr. and wife Angie of Alaska, Penny Daniels and husband Joe of Smyrna, DE, April Malafronti and Fiance Ryan of Smyrna, DE, Tracy Allgeier and husband Chris of Chestertown, MD, Jennifer Malafronti of Ashe County, NC; twenty six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters: Carol Calhoun of Crestin, NC, Marietta Hamm of Crestin, NC, Linda Jarman and husband Thomas of Wilkesboro; a brother, John Malafronti and wife Cindy of Jefferson; his beloved friend, Mary Johnson of W. Jefferson; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

No formal services will be held at this time.
