Lynn (Jones) Lane

Lynn Jones Lane, 65, of Sparta NC, passed away peacefully at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer, on July 21, 2022.

Lynn was born February 20, 1957, in Davie County to the late Lewis and Estlene “Estie” Miller Jones. In her spare time Lynn loved to listen to gospel music, play solitaire, and spend time with her grandchildren who were her heart and joy. There’s no denying her grandbabies were the people she loved the most.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years Robert “Bob” Lane, son Adam (Scoshi) Lane of Sumter SC, daughter Heather (Kevin) Haynes of North Wilkesboro; grandchildren Hunter (Kelsey) Dollard, Madyson Dollard, Quintin Parsons, Dylan Miller and Alysa Lane; great grandchildren Bently, Annabelle, Tate, and Grayson. Brother Ed (Ginny) Jones of Eden. Fraternal twin sister Leigh Yarbrough of Mooresville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A private family memorial service will be held.
