Louvenia Love Obituary
Louvenia Marie Lyons Love, age 90, of Lambsburg, VA; passed away Sunday, February 4th, 2024 at Grayson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Independence, VA.
Louvenia was born April 29th, 1933 in Carroll County, VA to the late Victor and Hannah Duncan Lyons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Coots; three sons: Paul, Charles and Michael Coots; two daughters: Barbara Shelton and Kay Gaskins; five brothers: Ronald, Homer, Ray, Shuble and Velpo Lyons; one sister, Sadie Blackburn. Louvenia was a member of the Sparta Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include her husband, Alton Love of Independence, VA; three children: Julie Smith and husband John of Lambsburg, VA, Phil Coots and wife Kim of Lambsburg, VA, Hal Coots and wife Sharon of Ennice, NC; sixteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial Services to honor the life of Louvenia will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, February 11th, 2024 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mount Airy with Brother Wayne Pryputniewitz officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
