Lisa Faye (Hudson) Carico

Lisa Hudson Carico, age 56, of Ennice; passed away Friday, June 2nd, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, NC.

Lisa was born March 30th, 1967 in Franklin County, PA to Joyce Holderfield Hudson and the late Donnie Hudson. Lisa, like her father, loved cars and her street rods. She loved going to car shows and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Barry Carico of Ennice; her son: Ethan Carico and wife Raegan of Ennice; two special grandchildren: Hudson and Haisley Carico of Ennice; her mother, Joyce H. Hudson of Ennice; her maternal grandmother, Mallie Holderfield; three step-daughters: Chasity, Natasha, and Malorie Carico; many special cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Lisa will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at Fairview Church in Galax, VA with Pastor Sam Holder officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Home Union Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at the Hudson residence, 95 Smith Road, Ennice, NC.
