Kenneth Earl Foster

Kenneth Earl Foster of Sparta, NC passed away on the morning of August 31, 2022 at his home.

He was born November 9, 1950 in Rowan County, NC to the late Hubert and Hazel Foster.

In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his two older brothers, Mitchell and Medford Foster.

He is survived by his son Justin Foster (Rose) of Advance, NC. He is also survived by his daughter Natalie Britt (Patrick) of Warrensville, NC. As a nurse, Natalie was able to care for her father and help him recover from illness at his home, and while we as a family know it was difficult for her we take great comfort in knowing that she was by his side at the time of his passing.

Over the last few years, Ken found companionship in his dog Whiskey, who was rescued from the Ashe County Animal Shelter. In lieu of flowers any donation regardless of size to an animal shelter of your choosing would be greatly appreciated.
