John Roger Tolliver

John Roger Tolliver, age 77, of Ennice, NC; passed away Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at his residence.

John was born July 6th, 1947 in Alleghany County to the late John Bert and Virginia Glidewell Tolliver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Caudill. John will be remembered as someone who never met a stranger and spoke to everyone he met. He loved his coffee, gravy biscuits, and his dogs.

Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Seibert and husband Dana of Sparta; a son, John Edward Tolliver and wife Sheila of Mount Airy; four grandchildren: Beth Carrigg of Sparta, Steven Tolliver and wife Katherine of Mount Airy, Bobby Anthony and wife Erin of Clemmons, Hannah Butcher and husband Austin of Mount Airy; five great-grandchildren: Bryson Carrigg, Hunter Carrigg, Seth Tolliver, Brinley Butcher, Emersyn Anthony; a cousin, Rex Tolliver; his faithful companion Brownie who was with him at the end; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
