Obituary
Jerry Paige Blevins, age 78, of Sparta; passed away Tuesday, June 13th, 2023 at Genesis Alleghany Center in Sparta.
Jerry was born April 12th, 1945 in Ashe County, NC to the late Carey and Geneva Pugh Blevins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Hynsen Blevins; two sisters: Irene Pugh and Doris Davidson.
Survivors include two brothers: Porter Blevins and wife Melba of Sparta, Tim Blevins of Laurel Springs; a sister, Grace Sessions; nieces and nephews also survive.
No formal services will be held.
