James Andrews Obituary
Mr. James Andrews, age 97, of Sparta; passed away Sunday, June 13th, 2021 at SECU Hospice House in Yadkinville.
James was born November 27th, 1923 in Alleghany County to the late Mack and Jessie Bledsoe Andrews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Joe Andrews, Sr. and Sammy Andrews; a nephew, James Andrews.
Survivors include two nephews: Joe Andrews, Jr. and wife JoAnn of Rural Hall, Shawn Andrews of Sparta; special friend, Buck Montgomery; great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family and friends also survive.
Graveside services to honor the life of James will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at Sparta Cemetery with Brother Ed Hall officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
