Harold Lloyd Reedy

Harold Lloyd Reedy, age 73 of Piney Creek; passed away Thursday, August 7th, 2025 at his residence.

Harold was born August 17th, 1951 in Smyth County, VA to the late Riley Bramblet and Pauline Barker Reedy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Ruthann Anderson; a sister, Linda Caldwell.

Survivors include his wife Helen P. Reedy of the home; a son, Mitchell L. Reedy and wife Brandi of Sparta; a step-daughter, Becky Crouse and husband Randy of Sparta; a brother, Claude Reedy and wife Ellie of Rockingham, NC; two sisters: Dorothy Miller and husband Johnny of Sparta, Sharon Leftwich and husband Gerald of Glade Valley; nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 at Piney Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery. No formal visitation will be held.
