Gary Bare Obituary
Gary Joe Bare, age 64, of Ennice, NC; passed away Saturday, May 1st, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, NC.
Gary was born December 25th, 1956 in Ashe County, NC to the late Freel Elise "F.E." and Effie Miller Bare. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Carl Edward Miller, William Pride Bare, and Jones Bower (J.B.) Bare; two sisters: Maxine Mabe and Wanda Gale Bare.
Gary loved life. He loved watching Westerns on television, Chocolate, Coffee, bowling, and held a special place in his heart for children and family.
Survivors include two brothers: James Claude Bare and wife Wanda of Hamptonville, NC., Jerry Bare and wife Terri of Wilkesboro, NC; one sister, Evelyn Money and husband Ed of State Road, NC; two sisters-in-law: Audrey Miller and Kathy Bare; two brothers-in-law: Larry Mabe and Jack Bare; several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.
A Private Graveside service for immediate family to honor the life of Gary will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 15th, 2021 at Roans Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Ashe County. No formal visitation or gathering will be held.
