Gabriele Margarete (Spatz) Carter

Gabriele Margarete Carter, age 58, of 268 Ward Circle Dr., Sparta, NC; passed away Monday, April 26th, 2021 at her residence.

Gabriele was born February 17th, 1963 in Aschaffenburg, Germany to the late Erhard and Edith Eichhorn Spatz. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Carter; one brother and one sister.

She is survived by one brother, Juergen Spatz of Germany; two step-sons: David Carter and wife Carmen of Clayton, NC., Darren Carter and wife Angel of Alexis, NC; a host of extended family and friends also survive.

Memorial Services to honor the life of Gabriele will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 25th, 2022 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service. Everyone is invited to attend and share your fondest memories of her.
