Infant Evelyn Claire Crouse of Boonville, NC; passed away Friday, May 19th, 2023 at Duke University Hospital in Durham.

Evelyn was born November 21st, 2022 in Forsyth County to Justin William Crouse and Kelsey Vanhoy Crouse.

Survivors include her parents, Justin William Crouse and Kelsey Vanhoy Crouse of Boonville; maternal grandparents, Stacy and Phillip Vanhoy of Jonesville; paternal grandparents: David and Donna Crouse of Glade Valley, Robyn and Wesley Winters of Boonville; maternal great-grandparents: Rebecca Carter of Siloam, Charlie Vanhoy of Jonesville; paternal great-grandparents: Jimmy and Cathy Shore of Jonesville, Bronda Crouse of Galax, VA.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, May 26th, 2023 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Reverend Dwayne Lankford officiating. A private interment will follow at Crouse Cemetery on the family farm in Glade Valley. No formal visitation will be held.
