Eula Faye Brown, age 81 of Sparta; passed away Sunday, September 10th, 2023 at The Landings of Chestnut Grove.
Eula was born November 30th, 1941 in Alleghany County to the late Lester William and Bertha Benge Crouse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pete; five brothers: Grady Crouse, Alvin Crouse, Elmer Crouse, David Crouse and Harold Crouse; a sister, Thelma Nixon.
Survivors include a brother, Wayne (Opal) Crouse; two sisters: Stella (Dwayne) Love, Opal (Charles) Brinegar; a stepson, Alvin (Anita) Brown; two step-grandsons: Aaron Brown and Ricky (Ashley) Brown; two special step-great-grandchildren: Hayden and Ashlyn Brown; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.
Funeral Services to honor the life of Eula will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, September 14th, 2023 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Elders James Smith and Charles Brinegar officiating. Interment will follow at Elk Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
