Donald Ray Blevins, age 65, of Hays, NC; passed away Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at his residence.

Donald was born on March 5th, 1957 in Catawba County, NC to the late JC Blevins and Irene Teague Blevins Pennington. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Daryl Blevins.

Survivors include two children: Wendy Nixon and husband Chuck of Max Meadows, VA, Talmage Blevins and wife Dagney of Independence, VA; six grandchildren: Noah Nixon, Brittany Puckett, Keegan Blevins, Owen Blevins, Benjamin Blevins, Hermione Blevins; a great-grandson, Nolan Puckett; a brother, Jerry Blevins of Hays; four sisters: Patty Blevins of Hays, Janet Blevins and husband Perry Wolfe of Ferguson, Robins Parsons and husband Junior of Laurel Springs, Tammy Parsons and husband Dale of Ennice; nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

No formal services will be held.
