Dennis Richard Crouse

Dennis Richard Crouse, age 74 of Ennice, NC; passed away Thursday, February 27th, 2025 at Atrium Health Pineville in Charlotte, NC.

Dennis was born June 8th, 1950 in Alleghany County to the late Richard and Etta Richardson Crouse. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Rose Hash Crouse; sister, Lois Dickens; three brothers: Clifford Crouse, Dallas Crouse, R. C. Crouse. Dennis enjoyed playing golf, fishing, guns, and computers.

Survivors include two daughters: Tammy Sikes and fiance Tommy of Mount Airy, Denise Evans and husband Jason of Laurel Springs; four grandchildren: Tanner Sikes, Meaghan Evans, Phoebe Evans, Chloe Evans; a great-grandson, Benny Sikes; two sisters: Sue Chipman and husband Cecil, Mildred Moore; a brother, Ralph Crouse; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral services to honor the life of Dennis will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Brother James Woodruff officiating. Interment will follow in Rich Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
