David Michael Evans

David Michael Evans, age 75, of Galax, VA; passed away Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 at Commonwealth Senior Living in Hillsville, VA.

David was born December 17th, 1948 in Ashe County, NC to the late Bert Oscar and Edna Talbert Evans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Jennings Evans and a brother-in-law, Monnie Ahart Pasley. David enjoyed raising horses and drag racing.

Survivors include a sister, Gloria Evans Pasley of Sparta; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

Graveside Services to honor the life of David will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 29th, 2024 at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Dave Serven officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
