Chris Shackleford

Willis Christopher "Chris" Shackleford, age 64 of Galax, VA, formerly of Jefferson, NC; passed away Sunday, December 10th, 2023 at his residence.

Chris was born March 18th, 1959 in Durham, NC to the late Charles Willis and Sarah Insley Shackleford. He enjoyed computers, electronics and technology.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Shackleford of Jefferson; a son, Brad Shackleford and wife Kayla of Four Oaks, NC; a daughter, Nikki Cauldwell of Raleigh, NC; four step-children: Scott Sumrall and wife Teressa of West Jefferson, Megan Peak and husband Jamie of Millers Creek, John Sumrall and wife Leah of Virginia Beach, Abigail Aldrich and husband Joey of Sparta; nine grandchildren.

Services will be held by the family at a later date.
