Betty Ann (Jones) Eller

Betty Ann Jones Eller, age 62, of 1553 Chestnut Grove Road, Millers Creek, NC and formerly of Alleghany County; passed away Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 at her residence.

Betty loved people and took an interest in making them happy. She loved her family and enjoyed making you laugh. Music has always been a huge part of her life and she enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Betty along with her husband attended Danners Chapel in N. Wilkesboro.

Betty was born March 12th, 1961 in Alleghany County to Leota Brown Jones and the late Leff Jones.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Richard Eller of the home; two sons: Andrew Eller and wife Mandy of Sparta, William Eller of the home; her mother, Leota Brown Jones of Sparta; three grandchildren: Aiden, Sophie, and Lilly Eller; a sister, Nancy Miller of Berea, KY; extended family and many friends also survive.

Memorial Services to honor the life of Betty will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, July 13th, 2023 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Reverend Ricky Miller and Pastor Quentin Gunter officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital For Children 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
