Andrew Brian Head

Andrew Brian Head, age 83, of 208 Bluebird Lane, Laurel Springs, NC; passed away Monday, August 29th, 2022 at his residence.

Andrew was born September 4th, 1938 in Gaston County, NC to the late Paschal and Julia Dorsey Head. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Head; a sister, Sharlene Lockhart.

Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Head of Indiana; a sister, Diane Caudill of Laurel Springs; four nephews, Grady Caudill of Laurel Springs, John Caudill of Laurel Springs, Andrew "Andy" Revels and wife Kathy of Kings Mountain, JR Revels and wife Shirley of Stanley; three nieces: Darlene Carpenter and husband Steven of King, Linda White and husband Jerry of Kings Mountain, Donna Harris and husband Danny of Clover, SC; extended family and friends also survive.

A private graveside service will be held at Pine Fork Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel Springs.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Twin Oaks Animal Shelter, 2970 US Hwy 21 Sparta, NC 28675.
