Alex Nathaniel Smith, age 30, of Sparta; passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 17th, 2024 at his residence.
Alex was born September 26th, 1993 in Somerset, KY to Bryan Smith and Alisa Smith.
He is survived by his mother, Alisa Smith; his father, Bryan Smith; two brothers: Tristin Smith and Garrett Smith; niece, Anika Smith; grandparents, an aunt, uncles, and cousins also survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
