When my little brother, Tommy, passed away unexpectedly I was devastated. With older parents, who were unable to make arrangements, this horrible task was left to me. Eric and his staff went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Eric took the time to explain each step of the process with great detail. I never felt rushed or like my baby brother was just a"number". My little brother most definitely was proud of the way his final plans were handled and the send off to Heaven he received!

Words can not express how grateful my family is for Eric and Parker. The compassion and empathy they showed us during this time is indescribable. Eric did not treat us as customers, he treated us as if we were his family. I can not thank Eric and his family enough for making this very difficult time in my life manageable.

Eric and his team did a amazing job for us when Papal Blankenship died. He was there when we needed him. He was there to help us when it came to getting flowers for the service and making sure every base was covered when it came to getting things took care of. Eric and his team went above and beyond what others have done. Eric and his team was just a phone call away when we needed them. They made sure we had everything we needed from the time papal passed away, during the days after and during the funeral and visitation, and the days after. Eric you and your team mean a lot to our family and we can't thank you all enough for being there for us when we needed you the most.

Eric went above & beyond the call of duty to locate me after being told that my sister Patricia Lalich had NO next of kin. He diligently traced my location here in San Clemente, CA, so I could legally sign her cremation document in accordance with her final wishes. This brought me much peace of mind, as I would never have learned from her caregiver that my sister had passed.
